ZoellaZigallensey is a medicine containing zyprevir. It is for the treatment of herpes zoster (shingles). It may also be used for the management of Epstein-Barr (abx) infections in children. It may also be used for the management of cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in adults. ZoellaZigallensey is a herpes simplex medicine for the treatment of chickenpox and shingles (herpes zoster). It may also be used for the prevention of shingles in adults. ZoellaZigallensey should not be taken by people who are allergic to it or for whom it is not recommended.

ZoellaZigallensey may be taken with or without food. Food and drink taken by mouth may decrease the effectiveness of zyprevir. If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

ZoellaZigallensey may take up to 14 days to start having effects. You should continue to take it even if you feel better. Do not stop taking zyprevir before your next dose. Your condition may get worse as you get older.

ZoellaZigallensey can cause serious side effects. These include:

• Skin rash, blisters, swelling, itching, redness, and blistering of the lips, mouth and throat
• Vaginal bleeding
• Severe dizziness
• Shortness of breath
• Fever
• Shortness of the breath
• Dark urine
• Dark stools
